Who we are
The Chiranjib's Tech Solutions (TCTS), based in Whitefield, Bangalore, provides technology, software, infrastructure, support and digital marketing services. For privacy questions, contact support@tcts.in.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, selected service, company, budget and message. We also record limited technical information needed to protect the form and understand attribution, such as the submitted page, referral URL, campaign parameters, IP address and browser user-agent.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, assess the relevant TCTS service, manage follow-up, maintain security and prevent abuse of the form. We do not sell enquiry data.
How it is stored and shared
Enquiries are stored in a protected TCTS MySQL database and are accessible only to authorised TCTS CRM users. The form also sends an email notification to the TCTS support mailbox and an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. We share information only with service providers required to operate the website or email service, or where required by law.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business conversation, follow-up, record keeping, security and legal obligations. You may ask us to update or delete information, subject to obligations that require retention.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@tcts.in. If you do not want us to retain an enquiry, please say so in your request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry data, including access-controlled administration, password hashing, server-side validation, CSRF protection and prepared database statements. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or processing changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
